- Most admin-sized tasks are completed within 2–3 business days.
- If a request looks more like project work, we pause your queue, outline scope and options, and send a fixed-price Small / Medium / Large quote.
- Projects are billed separately from your subscription and only start after your explicit approval.

Subscriptions cover regular admin-sized tasks—not an unlimited backlog or a full-time admin replacement. Larger changes (automation builds, permission redesigns, migrations, multi-team initiatives) move to a fixed-price project (Small / Medium / Large), billed separately and started only after you approve the price.
